Behavior Essay Application
All students will be eligible to attend events unless notified by the Student Success Office. If a
student is ineligible for an event, they may apply to attend the event, which includes a one-page
essay to reflect upon their behavior. Once the application and essay are submitted, an
administrative team member will meet with the student to review their application and essay.
1. What has caused you not to be eligible for attending or participating in a school event or
activity?
2. What is the consequence of the infraction, failing grade, or citizenship?
3. What did you learn from this experience?
4. What could you do differently next time to prevent an infraction, failing grade, or
citizenship?
Once your essay is complete, you will need to share it with Ms. Seals or Mrs. Romero, Assistant Principals, for review.
